MORNING BACKYARD BOOT CAMPS
The GRT Morning Boot Camp is a great way to get a jumpstart on a new workout routine or just something fresh and exciting to add to your fitness regimen. These classes are designed to push your body to the limits in order to produce extreme results! The Boot Camp workouts consist of a Cross-fit style training involving all types of exercises on an array of different equipment- everything from push-ups to pull-ups, flipping tractor tires and swinging kettlebells. Classes last an hour, and consist of an assortment of stations.
EVENING BOOT CAMPS- Certified Crossfit
The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We use the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs.
