Improve with 8 one-hour, one-on-one sessions. You have the option to merge into the 3 month plan at any time in your training.
We can work with sports teams with specialized goals. Increase strength, speed, and improve agility through our special training. With a minimum of four participants, the team training experience is maximized. Like the Buddy Plan, it creates an environment of excitement and competitiveness, while accentuating the individual's skills.
All plans can be converted to 6, 9, and 12 month plans. We will tailor the plan to fit your schedule and YOUR goals.
